    - Friendly operation management.
    - in house developed system i.e. easy and flexible

    - long work hours
    - work on weekends

    good that you have people oriented thinking.
    But management requires processes and operations needs to be driven by detailed processes

    Fabulous people at all levels. Truly a close knit family of employees where everyone sincerely respected each other.

    Company sold in 2016.

    Take drastic action early when signs of recurring financial instability appear.

    You learn alot they were very helpfull in training.
    It was one big happy family oriented company

    New Management came from.DHL implemented a new company computer software system which for the first year crashed every day costing delays, storage and demurrage in the millions UTI went under

    Advice to Management

    There is no UTI it was bought over by DSV who got rid of 99% UTI employees

    Pros

    I can't think of one pro other than it helped pay the bills and stayed with the organization through the economic down-turn.

    Cons

    Benefits are horrible and impossible to move up within the organization. HR is horrible. A lot of unhealthy people... Run away from this employer if you can help it!

    Advice to Management

    Get new management!
