    Cons

    Management

    Toxic Environment

    Advice to Management

Management does not care about you. If they like you , you will be fine. If they don't like you they will make your work life very difficult. Rules are selectively enforced and management is extremely unprofessional. The place is a revolving door as a result with huge workloads. If you are desperate and need temporary work this is the place for you.

-Competitive Pay (As Long As You NEGOTIATE)

    Advice to Management

Make the employee's you currently have happy; don't micro-manage them to the point of EVERYBODY wanting to quit. Also cherish the people who stay and want to continue working here everyday instead of giving a brand new person a job offer for a shift that a person who is already vested in the company applied for.
