    I worked at UW-Parkside full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great insurance benefits. Great pension as well as additional retirement options.

    Cons

Low pay and little opportunity for advancement. Lack of support from upper management.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to do a better job when it comes to promoting from within, addressing issues, and supporting their staff. Human resources is a joke and probably the worst that I've seen at any place of employment. There is also a complete lack of confidentiality.
