    Pros

    Excellent benefits including paid parental leave, Diversity, Free lunch and unlimited snacks, Cold brew and Kombucha on tap, Uber credits for rides and UberEats

    Cons

    Not much vacation time or sick time available. You are required to work holidays and must use your benefit time to take those days off.

    Freed food, snacks/drinks Bennies are nice

    Cons

    Certain line of business managers/team leads are checked out and have no intent of helping you. Manager hated job so she ignored us and did bare minimum Rarely had a team meeting cause our superiors did not want to hear feedback in a large groups Did not have access to payment systems despite being on a PAYMENTS team Retaliation tactics on lower level Unrealistic expectations with all the home grown systems that are being built as we work on it which mean technical difficulties that interfere with productivity. Only growth is option to be a team lead or on Freight if you're in the COE
