    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Uber full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Potential to see all aspects of the business and how other teams work. Pre Covid-19 you also had business trips to other cities that Uber operate in within the UK and Europe.

    Cons

Depending on the level you're hired at it can be extremely difficult to progress within the company. During my time it took about 4 years to get a promotion to reflect the level of work I was doing this is due to the fact that some teams although being critical to the business tend to be overlooked and ignored by management.
