    Not worth your time!

    Pros

    Co-workers are friendly and helpful.

    Cons

In the job posting they give the starting pay rate but, it is a lie. Once you get the job they give you a far lower pay rate. Once I told them I’m leaving they told me they could increase my pay rate three dollars for me to stay. Absolutely ridiculous, now that I decided to go there going to raise my mediocre salary. There are no benefits and you will be require to use your own time to plan your classes and don’t expect to get paid for that. They will only take into account the time you spent INSIDE the classroom.

Run !!!Don't waste your time working here!!!!!!!

    Pros

Some students, who are domestic students are very kind and grateful. Some teachers, assistant managers and managers are friendly and try to help you if you have any questions or concerns.

    Cons

The wages are very low and they consistently close, open , and change your classes without taking the teacher into consideration or telling them in advance. They do not pay their teachers on time and you have to ask for your pay check in order to receive it. Quite ridiculous and very unprofessional. Even if you are a full time teacher you are not paid holidays. You will also not be paid for lesson planning AT ALL, which is not fair because for the teacher to plan an exciting and interesting class you need a good two hours or more to plan the class for that day. There is no room to grow as a professional because the school simply does not care for the teachers to grow. It is a good first time teacher job but, don't plan on staying there a long time because their are no good opportunities nor benefits. Training's are generally a waste of time you don't really gain new information from them. They just repeat the same things over and over again, what the teachers already know. Even if you do not like the structure of the school don't waste your breath voicing your opinions because they do not care to listen and nothing will change.

    Pros

Students are great. Simple teaching method.

    Cons

The schools are managed in an unorganized fashion . The owners constantly ask for ideas and use them at all their schools without giving credit nor reimbursement. The pay is low for the requirements they ask for and they don’t give many raises. If students are from non Spanish speaking countries, they get lost quickly because the office staff and most teachers speak mostly Spanish.

    Fast Advancement but bureaucratic problems

    Pros

UCEDA gives you a great chance to interact with CEOs and freedom to pursue some ideas.

    Cons

There is a lot of excessive and unnecessary bureaucratic paperwork, which is compounded by the amount of other work you need to do. Management also needs more authority and control over budgets to efficiently implement ideas.

    Pros

Zero, I can't think of any

    Cons

salary not on time - non professional company at all - Job security is below zero they are famous for firing people if you do not follow the illegal processes that they usually do. Owners are not professional at all , you feel that you are working in a Friday market or bazaar. As well they are very moody and aggressive . which means if their mood was not good she/he can easily fire you . On the spot .
