    Totally Bureaucracy with a lot of unnecessary managers, week marketing strategy

    Advice to Management

    Need to eliminate a lot of excess managers and increase salary to engineers

    You can lear how to manage large scale network just from the 1st day of your work.

    Cons

    Ow sallary, smal career oportunities in fact, lot's of paper work not connected to the real worl on work.

    Advice to Management

    Learn fast and try try to do everything so you would be the universal network manager

    Pros

    little work, not so bad salary (for this region), good additional possibility like vacation for recreation and free sauna once a week

    Cons

    bad possibility for promotion, corruption in the management, not so many possibilities for increase your skills, old equipments for engineers

    Pros

    Posibilities to get experience in IT. Good job for undergraduates. They have a lot of good equipment and modern IT solutions.

    Cons

    It's not a company to build your career in. Poor salary. A lot of managers are working in old, pro-USSR manner (mostly at regions).

    Advice to Management

    Provide career oportunity, as a lot of good specialists leaving for better salary. Put new, young and proactive managers in place of old and useless.

    Experience, experience there is everywhere. The main part of experience that your boss all the time right even his saying absolutely stupid things.

    Cons

    yeah daddy right! If you don't know what is a work of USSR, come here and you will know all the structure inside.

    Advice to Management

    I don't think that they can do something.
