    Pros

    technology has so many opportunities and the FDA research shows it. Hope more to come!

    Cons

    Need more support for advanced training and in office clinical on reading ultrasound, helping treatment providers assess patients and keeping the market healthy for current owners

    Hire loyal managers who get out in the field to grow your staff.

    I have been working at Ulthera full-time

    Pros

    Compensation
    4 weeks PTO
    Company shuts down between Christmas and New Years
    Just filling in space at this point because there are no more pros

    Cons

    Vacation and sick days are identical - accrual based system for PTO
    No focus or direction. Goals change on a daily basis and entire projects are scrapped at a whim.
    Management has no idea what is going on and very inexperienced.
    Lack of ethics/values. Good ol' boys club true and true. Management weighs risk of getting caught rather than doing what is right in the first place.
    Way too much management meddling in project decisions that can easily be made on a team level.
    Expectation is to be available on your work phone 24/7. Lots of working during lunch hours.
    Coworkers are slackers and often push work on you.

    Advice to Management

    Take a good look at your company's "values" and integrate them into your own daily work.

    Cons

    Focus seems to be on perceived efficiency, but effectiveness suffers. Striving for a "one size fits all approach", and many feel that management is not open to new direction or differing viewpoints.
