    - If you are efficient at your job, you can work "full time" on a part time schedule - Work is not hard - Company genuinely cares about students

    Smooth onboarding process Genuine leaders and supervisors Commitment to company's vision in all aspects of work culture Commitment to employee satisfaction Great employee benefits/resources Provides equipment for remote work Opportunity to move up and around within Excellent communication

    Really have no cons, I feel incredibly supported working here! Maybe being just being remote and I wishing I could hang with my team in person more.

    Pros

    UMA pays a competitive rate for online instruction. They are very communicative, and online Learning Management Systems are quality and well-organized.

    Cons

    UMA consistently adds new responsibilities to instructor positions as administrators launch new retention and student success strategies. Meeting and professional development requirements are higher than other online adjunct positions, but they are not excessively strenuous if you plan in advance for them.
