    Pros

    Stable business, work location was close to home, was provided time off when needed, health care benefits, 401k plan, efficient HR and payroll departments.

    Cons

    Unappreciated & obviously negative work environment, poor communication from top level management, given tasks that are no relevant to job description, next to no career advancement, not always given necessary tools to complete job requirements, little to no understanding when position requirements become too difficult to complete in given timeframe, high turnover rate for many positions.

    Re-evaluate individuals currently in supervisory and management positions, improve communication between relevant devisions, create positive work environment that appreciates employees contributions, develop clear understanding when position requirements become too difficult to complete in given timeframe for a given position.
