Pros
Uncountable has a strong engineering-driven culture and maintains high standards while keeping up a fast pace of development. This is a great environment to learn practical software engineering skills and make a substantial contribution to the product in a short amount of time. The founders and employees here are among the smartest and most capable people I have worked with, which makes the work very stimulating and enjoyable. The company has strong fundamentals and is growing at a good pace, so I am confident in its long term potential. As an intern, I was able to create a fairly advanced low/no-code tool to automate a large part of the company's customer onboarding / data integration process. This was a far more challenging and impactful project than I've heard any of my friends at larger companies work on, and I can see the value the project is providing to the company already. In addition, Uncountable treats its interns like full time engineers in many ways, so I've also been able to go on customer calls, review code, assign tickets to other engineers, monitor and fix incidents, architect new systems, and create sales demos. The tech stack and tooling is also very modern and pleasant to work with, which is a big quality-of-life plus. Uncountable has a nice office space in a good part of San Francisco. There are great housing options nearby, as well as good food, coffee, things to do, etc. The employees are friendly and I've gotten to participate in some fun team-building activities. The mission - accelerating R&D - is meaningful and helps keep the team motivated. Overall, it's hard to expect any more out of an internship than what I've gotten here, and I would highly recommend the company to anyone who wants to challenge themselves, grow, and make a meaningful impact.
Cons
As a startup, Uncountable does lack some of the cushiness of tech giants such as free corporate housing and broad name recognition. The internship is definitely not for anyone who wants to coast and take it easy either.

Pros
I had a great experience working at Uncountable. Jason, and the rest of the team are very relaxed, and they give you a lot of freedom to work on interesting problems. Their machine learning problems are non-standard, and as a result were more challenging/interesting. I enjoyed the company culture and various lunches/outings.
Cons
The machine learning problems can be very hard, so make sure you are up for a challenge.

Pros
I have been working at Uncountable for 4 months. Uncountable provides many opportunities for personal and professional growth. Great company environment and very strong team culture. Management encourages everyone to voice their opinions and bring new ideas to the table. Team members are all very forthright, intelligent, and diligent, everyone has strong sense of accountability.
Cons
Since it’s a startup, it can difficult to forecast the company’s future plans. Work can be challenging, there is an emphasis on performance.

Pros
As an intern at Uncountable, you are given a lot of ownership and responsibility, and made to feel like a valued employee and integral part of the team. Other team members are supportive and always willing to help. The fast-paced environment fosters a culture of learning and keeps you engaged. There is the opportunity to get involved in work specific to your interest areas/discover other aspects of the company as well.
Cons
The learning curve is steep, so best suited to those looking to challenge themselves.

Pros
Great place to work -- the people are super bright and super friendly, lots of intellectually challenging problems to tackle, and awesome company lunches twice a week with interesting conversation. Plus one of the cofounders brings his dog to work!
Cons
Being a fairly small startup that is bootstrapped (no VC funding), it's not the typical 'Silicon Valley tech' experience that you might get from a large tech firm or a well-funded startup, but I personally appreciated the non over-hyped, more 'honest' culture.

Pros
Uncountable has a unique and extremely rewarding culture. Everyone on the team is exceptionally smart, inclusive, collaborative, and innovative – beyond any other team I've ever worked at. The leadership team is always open to hearing new ideas and feedback, which makes for a dynamic and engaging work environment. What I love and appreciate the most about Uncountable, is the level of autonomy and trust that my peers and I have in our roles. Leadership does not micromanage and always supports the team in providing the necessary resources to succeed. Ultimately, the work we're doing is truly cutting-edge and has already made an impact in the industry with the potential to change the industry entirely.
Cons
Uncountable is a startup, but it works with large enterprise-level, globally renowned customers, which means that it can be challenging and fast-paced. However, it's significantly rewarding to see such a positive response from these large customers and the overall market. Truthfully, working at Uncountable is not for the faint of heart, but for those who can work in a fast-paced environment, the opportunity and reward that come with those challenges are unparalleled. Overall, I highly recommend Uncountable as a great place to work. Especially for anyone looking to work alongside some of the smartest and most intelligent people you've ever worked with.

I have been working at Uncountable for over 6 months. 1. get the chance to work with top notch companies in a broad range of chemistry/material field 2. Team culture is great: Everyone in the team is smart and friendly and willing to help if needed 3. Since it is start-up, you can definitely learn a lot of different things in the field 4. Management team really put emphasis on keep a lot of things transparent and accessible to the team . Also they are open to suggestions/recommendations.
Cons
1. Depending on the season, the workload can be quite heavy. 2. Some of the technical problems they are solving here is very challenging by the nature of the project.

Pros
The management team is excellent. They say the customers come first and the employees are important to them, and they follow through with what they say. They have built a business culture that is both fun and challenging and gathered a great team.
Cons
I would have to think too long to find a con such that listing any would not provide value.

Pros
Interning at Uncountable was a great introduction to the tech industry! From the first week, my intern class was able to start working on meaningful, interesting projects and was welcomed into the company culture. Mentorship was strong, as were opportunities to define and follow through with our own personal internship goals. Everyone at the company was super friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had the support we needed to learn as much as possible. I'd definitely recommend an internship here to anyone thinking about a software career, I learned so much!
Cons
No complaints, this was an amazing internship!
