I worked at Under Armour part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The biggest pro of working at Under Armour is the discount...50% is very generous! Plus you get to use it on sale and clearance items as well. Management is usually handled very professionally. Day to day operations (shifts) are lighthearted and fun with an emphasis on customer service and inventory management.

    Cons

Not very much room to grow in the company. Jobs are not focused enough on meeting sales goals. Below average pay.

    Advice to Management

Work more on coaching teammates and set daily/weekly/monthly...etc. selling goals for each teammate.

I have been working at Under Armour part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

You will always have fun with the other employees, and the discount's great. You have a chance to gain experience in all parts of retail, such as: stock, sales, and shoes.

    Cons

The pay is not the greatest. You don't always get many opportunities to move up the chains. It never seems like your hard work is noticed.

    Advice to Management

Either reward hard work with better pay, or give the people who actually deserve it a promotion.

I have been working at Under Armour full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Under Armour has great benefits, best-in-class work atmosphere and is one of the up and coming brands in the world. There are plenty of opportunities to grow within the organization and being relocated to different places

    Cons

Work life balance is terrible. The business grew way faster than the infrastructure of the organization, so it's not only understaffed but severely affected by lack of tools to get stuff done.

    Advice to Management

Invest in systems. Invest in people.

Hours suck. They force college aged kids to close twice a weekend.

    Advice to Management

Fix your turnover rate and keep your good employees. Stop forcing people to close twice a weekend.
