Pros
The people I work with are amazing and the company is still young, growing, and learning. I really enjoy being able to coach and mentor new leaders and helping others grow their own careers.
Cons
Because the company is still young, there can be a bit more change than at more established retailers. With change, comes change in leadership as well, leaving field teams unsure of the direction the company is committing to.

Cons
