I knew it when I got into management but the hours. I have a son and I want to spend more time with him and its hard to do that working and unstable schedule.

Worked with a bunch of team members that made the job enjoyable and management was flexible with scheduling. Also huge employee discount being 50% which stacks on top of any already discounted or clearance items.

-Fantastic people: Manager and co-workers are generally like family. -Benefits: It's 50% off regular priced items and 30% off discounted priced items. -Flexible: As a college student, I have a very erratic schedule, my manager was able to work with that and was very flexible on hours that I could/couldn't work. -Items: Under Armour products are generally very good quality and worth the discounted price, careful though because I have ripped through entire paychecks to get more stuff.

-Benefits: It used to be 50% ENTIRE sale, now they dropped the discount for already-discounted products, still pretty good though. -Updated items: I work at a fairly small store so we often don't get the latest-of-the-latest UA products (we can often get old products too) which is frustrating for customers were are looking for something nicer or newer. Products are still great quality, just old and outdated sometimes. Daily, customers come into the store wanting a certain product that came out but we just don't have it. We even ran out of the compression shirts (the product that UA is KNOWN for) and didn't get new shipments for a while.

Pros

The passion and energy for the brand is unlike anything I have experienced anywhere else. The product is great and easy to believe in. The company hosts tons of fun events for their employees and a great discount on apparel.

Cons

There are so many departments and often times efforts are duplicated. Decisions are not easily made as there are layers upon layers of approvals to go through. The average work week is 55-60 hours. It's intense, they expect a lot from you, but you will work with dedicated, talented people who are very passionate about the brand.

The discount was good and they had special promos which were good through the year.

Management team wouldn't work with my schedule. There was a lot of folding for being on the visual team. The people that worked there were very stuck up, high school drama
