    Pros

Good culture to work around. They take the company's idea of athleticism to heart and tend to hire people with sports backgrounds.

    Cons

The pay is minimum wage and their typical shifts run longer than normal compared to other places I've worked for.

    Pros

Generous discount Flexible on scheduling Comfortable clothing

    Cons

High turnover on both sales associates and management team. Low pay makes things worse for those who go out of their way and give it their all. It creates a problem where associates start to not care about their job by either putting in their two weeks notice very quickly or calling out. Sometimes the store becomes a zoo when it is very busy and not enough employees on the floor to support.

    Pros

Employee Discount Fun work environment Amazing clothing Always getting praise for the things we do right!

    Cons

Bad Salary: Being a multi billion dollar company I think they should be able to pay their sales associates a decent wage. Low Hours: They want a lot done with very little hours to distribute through the crew.

    Pros

Great employee discount in stores and online. Great atmosphere with great employees to work with on a regular basis. Store management cares about the associates

    Cons

Needs to pay more hourly especially considering their annual revenue overall for the company is very high and competitive in the market

    Pros

The benefits are amazing including very good health and wellness benefits, PTO, and opportunity for upward mobility.

    Cons

The job is very stressful and the pay does not meet the demands of the position. Working long unbalanced hours and constantly working weekends and holidays does not provide a good work life balance.

    Fun but minimal pay

Feb 8, 2019 - Sales Lead in Daytona Beach, FL

    Business Outlook

    Pros

Fun environment, laid back, and easygoing.

    Cons

Minimal pay for the amount of work. No benefits as part time. Employee discount was 50% off but dropped down to 30% with no pay increase. Sales lead position is pretty much a manager without the pay or benefits. You do everything the managers do, open the store, manage the store, and close the store, do reports, and manage store statistics. On top of working 40hrs a week even though your part time and being a manager you get no full time benefits or the same pay. Assistant managers got $14 a hour plus full time benefits but sales lead gets $10hr and no benefits.

    Pros

Everyone I interacted wit was always looking to assist and guide you in professional development.

    Cons

One downside I can say is the pay. Because of the industry and state of the company expect lower pay than other sectors.
