    Pros

Most of the engineers were great to work with. Had food every Monday and Thursday

Some engineers are very resistant to new technology. Our test suite wasn't that great. Lots of manual testing. Developers had lots of resistance to writing their own unit test.

-Tremendous amount of support for sales executives

    -High compensation if successful

I have been working at Undertone full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The acquisition of Undertone by Israeli tech company, Perion, is enabling Undertone to become a diversified media company with a more expansive offering. While once thought of as another ad network, Undertone has changed considerably over the last 2 years. Perion solutions bring on loads new offerings that Undertone is bringing into their product suite. Exciting time to be at Undertone.

    Cons

While some old talent has left, new hires have brought about a refreshing energy. Additionally, the connotation of Undertone being an 'Ad Network' still does exist.

    Advice to Management

Continue to bring in strong talent and stay true to the mission.
