    Pros

    Many clients, good variety of experiences that provide for career advancing skills. Great people who work at the this location.

    Cons

    Little support for employment growth internal to the corporation. Very limiting in terms of upward mobility. Lack of support for personnel.

    Treat your employees better instead of a billable hours.

    Each office was a "profit center" which created a culture sometimes of intense competition between offices and very cut throats strategy amongs colleagues to rise up in the company

    The company was taken over and thankfully management and company culture has drastically change

    People. What more can I say. Liked it when they were dames & Moore. The projects were challenging. Various locations.

    Employee just a name on a piece of paper. Too much focus on bottom line. Too many too level management.
