I worked at Unified Health Services full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Good benefits and PTO, though they don't care for you to actually use it. The trainer is really good, she at least gives you a really good foundation to work off of.

    Cons

Supervisors are constantly breathing down your neck, and no matter what you do you are not met with approval. They cannot keep staff members and people walk out daily.

    Advice to Management

Let your staff actually do their jobs without constantly staying on top of them.

I have been working at Unified Health Services full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Easy to get hired. Typing this for twenty word minimum. Just aren't that many pros when it comes to describing this office with a warehouse mentality.

    Cons

Management amazingly inconsistent and shows favoritism. Treat the staff like uneducated secretaries despite the positions requiring professionalism and analytical thinking and patience.

    Advice to Management

Stop stealing money or at least share with underpaid staff.

I worked at Unified Health Services

    Pros

The hours are a pro if you have a family life.

    Cons

Micro managing is a huge problem. Admin and supervisors do not communicate well with each other and are often unprofessional with employees. There is no sense of value to the employee. Especially within the verifications department. Turnover is extremely high. This is not a welcoming place.

    Advice to Management

Value your employees and talk to them and treat them with respect. Without them, your company would fail.
