    I worked at Unilever full-time

    Pros

Products, some of the people. Products and some of the people since I need 20 words and there aren't 20 pros.

    Cons

Leadership (lack of), favoritism, have to be in the club to survive comfortably. Some of the people. Pay (lack of). Does not care about the people. Safety is important until it interferes with production.

    Advice to Management

Learn how to lead, value, and get the most out of your people. Stop hiring and promoting people just because you know them. What seems easiest today is not always best for the long term. Get to know your subordinates, learn more about them than what other people have to say. Teamwork makes the dream work.

I have been working at Unilever full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Lots of contacts made but as soon as you get to a certain level of pay you get cut for cheaper workers. So it is good for contacts

    Cons

Been here 5 years. Have had 6 bosses and have been thru 3 downsizing the company reorganizes every 5 or so months in some regards.. Be very careful sounds good but on Foodservice it is defentily a stepchild to retail Worst insurance in the industry and in my role I was told the only way to move up would be to leave. Travel 30% turned out to be 90 and I am never home almost lost family over it. Senior management changes every 5 years as they are based out of the country and they have to move back so Europe .. So no constant leadership or vison
