I have been working at Unilever full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Still nice people, but recent changes brought in because of Kraft Heinz have changed culture. Still great brands and people.

    Cons

Limited advancement opportunity now, heavy heavy cost cutting, and frequent layoffs. Large amount of relocations forcing people to choose between family and job. Not the Unilever I once knew. If I was external I would be very hesitant about joining firm, giving recent turmoil and heavy layoffs.

I have been working at Unilever full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good benefits package, flexible working practices

    Cons

Resources spreading too thin, expecting current staff to multi task outside of the role/skills they were recruited for

    Advice to Management

Onshore expertise has mostly left the company, offshore resources will need a number of years to reach the same levels, if at all due to their constant 'resource churn'

I worked at Unilever full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Lots of responsibility, huge amount of opportunities available to you, great training. Good wage.

    Cons

Have to get used to processes being slow, your manager might not have anything for you to do for the first week and a half as they are so busy, but you have responsibility piled on quickly.
