I worked at Unilever (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible working - gym on site, flexi-time, work from home
    Good level of responsibility

I worked at Unilever as an intern (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible working hours, Friendly and approachable Staff, Good Diversity, International Graduate Scheme, Share Scheme, Strong Financial Results for Global Company, Good Sustainability Goals,

Long term outlook for FMCG (Unilever/P&G) is cloudy - competition is arriving with Amazon and their own brand - they must improve their supply chain to stay in peoples homes and improve their brands.

Unilever Sustainable Living Plan. You can get involved in other sustainability initiatives outside of your normal job role. There is a lot of training and support. Great people to work with, positive culture.

The pay isn't as good compared to some competitors but other benefits, e.g. agile working, parental leave policy, Unilever rewards, make up for it. Not that much travel for the lower work levels, some may see that as a pro.
