    excellent senior mgmt. still has a small bank feel

    Cons

    Since the merger there have been a lot changes and layoffs. Changing the environment of UB

    Advice to Management

    The corperate culture has changed since the merger with MUFG. Senior Mgmt has not, but in several situations their hands are tied to become more like and east coast bank
