    Very poor management and if they have been there a long time, they will put up with their attitudes.

    The branch managers that were overseeing were awesome, more than just out bosses they were family.

    excellent senior mgmt. still has a small bank feel

    Cons

    Since the merger there have been a lot changes and layoffs. Changing the environment of UB

    Advice to Management

    The corperate culture has changed since the merger with MUFG. Senior Mgmt has not, but in several situations their hands are tied to become more like and east coast bank

    they bought out the bank we were working for and then set us up with a job search team.

    I wasn't with the company long enough to have an opinion. I did love working for Santa Barbara Bank and Trust which they bought out.
