I worked at Union Beer Distributors full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Not much here. Good benefits...if you can last long enough to achieve them. If you like frats then it will be your perfect world.

    Cons

No directive from upper management on anything. Lack of training. Poor business acumen. Slummy wages. Unattainable bonuses. Poor growth in company. Revolving door of employees. No goals set for individuals. No sense of leadership or strategy.

    Advice to Management

What management? If there was any management I was never aware of any. Severe lack of training and willing to help out employees.
