I have been working at Union Pacific full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Good pay. TE&Y can expect $50-$100k in first year (you will work hard for it). College reimbursement. Most of the time it is a fun job! Good people but lots of whining.

    Cons

On call. Them Vs. Us Culture (getting better). Demanding. Attendance policy gets some disapproval from most.
