      Pros

      Friendly coworkers. Relaxed environment. You will find a lot of friends here.

      Cons

      Not a very dynamic workplace. The structure of the company doesn't help the growth the would need to get to finally make a big step. Management is probably the biggest bottleneck.

      Advice to Management

      Give more trust to employees, let them experiment more. Invest more in training. Reduce the duration of meetings

      Implement better Performance Measurement Systems in the lower divisions of the company, sometimes there is just no incentive to work at all.

      - Great office environment
      - Great office location
      - Very meritocratic company
      - Extremely dynamic environment
      - Lots of flexibility
      - Absence of negative pressure

      Cons

      - The HQ is in Lisbon, where the cost of living is increasing faster than salaries. Do not come here (to Lisbon) to earn a good salary.
      - The company is making a good effort in improving the staff, however there is still a few employees who take for granted the perks and flexibility offered by this startup , they often do not appreciate it and easily complain.

      Cons

      The lack of organization in this company is out of this world! One minute they are hiring new employees and in the next minute they are firing them because of "money issues". They basically don't care about their employees.
      Not a safe company to grow and have a future!!

      Don't play with people's life!

      Pretty good atmosphere in the office, and very nice people to work with. Very open minded company.

      Not too much contact nor interaction with the other people working in the office besides other ambassadors.
