Pros
It’s remote and you can be anywhere you want.
Cons
It seems like executives and upper management have spent a lot of time learning meaningless catch phrases and business jargon. No matter how many conferences they go to, some people just aren't intelligent and are limited in their ability to grow. The top 1/3 should be wiped out, and we need to bring in people with diverse experiences and a proven track records that are willing to make the necessary changes. Also they’re gifts for the employees for Christmas was a MUG and for Easter they sent us chocolates 😂

Used to be a great place to work but bad Management decisions made it unbearable
Jan 16, 2023 - Senior SEO Manager in Lisbon, Lisbon DistrictRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
- Awesome environment and nice office - Skilled team and nice co-workers - Very international
Cons
- High turnover rate - No prospects of career progression. - They don't take advantage of people's skills by not listening to employees' tips and ideas, which leads to a lack of motivation within the team. - Bad management decisions made a lot of good employees leave the company. - Replaced senior staff for interns because it's cheaper. - Used to be open to ideas, but it became a place where you have to follow the boss's rules and directions, and sometimes (most of the time actually) the boss has no clue what they're doing.

Feb 24, 2022 - Quality Assurance in Lisbon, Lisbon DistrictRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Worked at Uniplaces for more than 5 years, so there are a lot of pros for sure. Amazing colleagues in tech and product, met friends for life and learned a lot from them. The office was great and there were a lot of perks (fruit, gym, parties among them).
Cons
Lately there were a lot of interns coming in and out. The pandemic took a toll on the company and a lot of people were in lay-off. The salary wasn't great compared to most of product companies in Lisbon. There wasn't a lot of focus on product for the last couple of years, which is a shame as the team was really strong.

Apr 15, 2022 - Account Management in Lisbon, Lisbon DistrictRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Young team, nice working conditions
Cons
Managers that hold a grudge, one minute say that you are awesome and then say you are expendabe. Repetitive work that makes you lose all motivation to work the next day HR does not know how to handle certain delicate aspects
