I worked at Unison Health for more than a year

      Pros

Your team is your support system and your rock. When working there I couldn't have asked for a better team and direct supervisor. Tier system for PTO (vacation)

      Cons

The new CEO and upper management. Long hours... flexible schedule means that you work at the mercy of your caseload Very little pay Lack of professional growth without credentials behind your name. Changes in structure and programming that has a direct impact on morale Environment that is now willing to let seasoned staff burn out and quit in order to bring in new employees to pay less.
