    Good work-life balance. Recognition for outstanding performance and opportunities for advancement. Relatively relaxed environment.

    Cons

    Sometimes understaffed. Work can become monotonous. Security Clearance process can take forever depending on whether the account you service requires one.

    Opportunity for growth and learning; Opportunity to influence significant factors that lead to Unisys recognition and success.

    Too much focus on quarterly results, long term solution development @ strategies get ignored in the quest for short term "results"

    Invest in people. Seek to understand the skills and potential value of people. Keep the long term health and growth strategies on the table.

    Pros

    Excellent people and flexibility of working from home. A great place to influence change as well as the ability to work with the Global 1000 customer base.

    Cons

    Changing leadership often and a hefty financial burden due to legacy pension plan. Changing leadership means an ever changing structure. Last leadership change is having a great positive effect.
