I have been working at Unisys full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Decent Pay
    Raises are offered
    Not Micro-managed
    Treated fairly
    Great managers
    Positive feedback

    Cons

As with any call center, there is a lot of instabtility when it comes to staying on the same account. I have moved 3 times since starting here over 4 years ago. They are always sure to find a place for me, but it is still incredibly nerve racking.

    Advice to Management

You guys are amazing, the only thing I would suggest is maybe to try to plan more team moral building activites, like pot lucks.

I have been working at Unisys full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

If you're interested in delivering some the world's most sophisticated IT solutions, Unisys is a good choice. With almost 300 open jobs at any time, Unisys is always hiring. There is a very high standard here, and they cater to experienced IT professionals. Unlike many of the big-4 and 1st tier consultancy, the priority for every consultant is upward career growth. There are systems in place to ensure all good performers you move up in level and salary on a regular basis. Staying at Unisys is from graduate to retirement is common place. The culture is family focused and very fair. Unisys is secretly one of the best companies to you can work for. It's an amazing place.

    Cons

Unisys is doing so well that sometimes, we need to promote our people faster than they are growing. Occasionally, some people are working a little over their head, but there is SO much support around them that they are eventually catch up. It's exciting, but at times it can push you.

    Advice to Management

Let's get more interns and college graduates to Unisys. We have had so much success with them, new graduates. Compared to others, our culture and career growth model dominates the big-4 and other 1st tier consultancies. Our senior IT people are always willing to mentor and develop new talent.
