I worked at United Airlines full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

None whatsoever. I had a horrible experience. Micro-managing is an understatement and be prepared to have 3 bosses that don't agree on anything and fault you for their problems.

    Cons

Management. Too many cooks. No direction. Toxic culture. People are outwardly rude. If you haven't been there 20 years, don't expect to move up. They'll just move you out.

    Advice to Management

I doubt they'd take advice if it was tattooed on their foreheads, honestly.

I worked at United Airlines (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great Airline perks/benefits are OK but can/could be better than Stand-by or ready reserve.

    Cons

Too many chiefs & not enough Indians as you will end up doing the job of 3 or more people & not even a that-a-boy or thank you & very little pay as well. Is it any wonder they Strike ? Hummmm.!

    Advice to Management

"Wake-up & smell the Coffee/Roses" You maybe the next pink slip awarded to.
