I have been working at United Airlines full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Exciting industry, entire team is happy to be here and always willing to help. Company offers a lot of networking events and programs both in and out of the office for learning about other business groups and meeting other co-workers. Also, flight benefits are unparalled with any other company benefit.

    Cons

Competitive industry, sometimes work conversation tends to cover the other legacy carriers more than one would care to discuss.
