    Great schedule working 12 hour shifts with multiple days off weekly.

    Cons

    New ideas are hard to take shape as seniority seems to be the rank pulled on most ideas.

    Listen to new employees as their insight might be fresh and powerful.

    The managers and HR team are really nice and there helpful and they feed us good food everyday and that's a plus for a person that doesn't have money all the time or just started with no money

    Very caring employees for the most part. Fair and honest. Good training.

    Length of hiring process. Starting wages are low.

    Please make sure staff are fully trained before they have to deal with the challenges of dealing with the public.

    it is a 24/7 company. Hard to get in.

    Pros

    job duty assignments change daily. Always new opportunities to learn something new. Work on many different aircraft . Many geographical areas to live in.

    Cons

    time clocks, midnight shift, holiday work. Working cold weather stations without facilities to bring work indoors. Lack of having the tools/parts available when needed.

    Advice to Management

    trust your employees to do the assigned duty. Treat them as if they are your equals not underlings
