I worked at United Airlines full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Decent salary and benefits, enjoyed that business travel was part of my job, worked with vendors from around the globe, still somewhat of a glamorous profession

    Cons

Goals and priorities always changing, no consistency or stability, financial crisis and problems were commonplace during my tenure, revolving door of management personnel and styles

    Advice to Management

Beware that you usually will get what you pay for when you hire two inexperienced people to replace someone who actually knows the job and understands the industry

I have been working at United Airlines full-time

    Pros

I started with United about a month ago. My positive impression of United started with my interview process. It was straight forward, seamless, and I felt like I was in the loop as far as where things were at the whole time. The leadership is phenomenal, from executive level to field staff. I love that we get daily emails looping us in regarding major company updates, it makes you feel closer to the company, as large as it is. The people and culture have so far been my favorite aspect, and the opportunity to travel the world!

    Cons

None as of yet, keep up the great work!
