    Pros

    Fast-paced, high energy and diverse company. Benefits are excellent including flight benefits. Employee base is extremely talented and great folks to work with. Very big on diversity and inclusion.

    Senior leadership needs to do a better job of work/life balance for management and administrative employees.

    Top notch technology and resources Excellent pay and benefits including travel Good advancement opportunities Intelligent workforce and fairly laid back work environment

    Cons

    No real work/life balance even though the technology is available for work from home etc. Very competitive and promotions are therefore more difficult Seems to be more turnover lately

    Pros

    Some flexibility on days off but high seniority is the way to have a work life balance. The longer you are there the better the pay and schedule you will have. Many Medical and dental options

    Being on a reserve status (on call) when you first start flying is exhausting
