    You would gain all the experience you need as a banker and customer service personnel

    Cons

    It's always filled with customers so you would always have a huge workload.

    Promote staffs internally that have stayed long so younger staffs would be motivated to stay.

    they pay well and employees welfare are very well taken care of.

    the task you will be made to perform is huge but its something everyone willing to work can do

    salaries should be reviewed as often as additional qualifications. this adds more joy the job performance

    There is no Pros working for this Bank.

    Cons

    They want to work you till you drop and never once appreciate what was put into the work. Haven't given a raise or bonus for going on fifth year.

    Management needs to take some classes to deal with employees
