    Pros

    Good Project Managers; interesting studies

    Cons

Great acting skills required - success is determined by the part you play; huge gossip culture; team unprofessionally managed; unfair environment; substantial favouritism; management does not look after their employees, they are happy to see people leave and replace them with fresh employees, even if sites complain about the huge staff turnover; criticism of anything (even as a joke) is not recommended.

    Advice to Management

Employ competent staff, especially line managers

I have been working at United BioSource full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Nice colleagues who sometimes leave overnight
    Good benefits

    Cons

    Low salaries
    No career path
People not promoted based on performance but according to how much upper management likes them
Management is HORRIBLE: company does not care about their employees, tries to hide things from them (people naturally find out), covers up for very incompetent middle managers (when everybody knows about them)
    HR is terrible-no confidentiality kept
    Racist environment for well-qualified foreigners

    Advice to Management

When you opt to keep the incompeten employeest, guess what, you are stuck with them and business naturally declines

I worked at United BioSource full-time

    Pros

Friendly colleagues who naturally leave the company very soon

    Cons

Highly complexed and inadequate management, nepotism, favouritism, no clear career path, LIES that are too obvious, little money, micro-managers, people who seem to be appointed in roles randomly, irrelevant training, substantial training not offered at all, unrealistic expectations since all the wrong choices are made

    Advice to Management

Open your eyes and ears to what employees say. When they leave a group massively there is always a good reason for this (inadequate manager anyone?????)

I have been working at United BioSource full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Overall a good package although salaries are below average. Environement is the best, people is friendly and wanting to support. Flexible hours though always benefitting more the company. Interaction and possibility of transfer to other locations.

    Cons

Loads of irrelevant training with litle time for it. Long working hours. Some senior staff are not so knowledgable. Tight deadlines, last minute rush and underbudgeted proposals that make you stress out uncessarily, I guess that more of the same that is out there.

    Advice to Management

Management can be improved, it should be taken by someone only focused on management.
