    Working with United Country is like working with a Large Family that is spread out around the World - Home Office, along with other Franchisees are always looking for ways to help one another & share technics that have, or are, helping their office/Agents!

    Always enhancing technology (which is good) but sometimes we have to be patient with making sure the new process is working properly!!

    Great support from the on-call home office. Offer useful tools for brokers, that are unmatched in the industry.

    Hard to receive support in outlying mountain-town markets.

    The best part about working for United Country Real Estate is the culture. The people here are amazing. When we have work functions, it truly feels like a family event.

    Cons

    The pay is not commensurate with the responsibilities. We do not receive annual raises and the company does not have any kind of retirement plan.

    Pros

    The culture at United Country is outstanding, everyone is helpful and focused on the goals of the team. Employees are in tune with the needs of the franchise owners and each other.

    Cons

    Like most companies, communication could be a little better along with personalize goalsetting and collaboration. There really are negatives but areas that the company has identified and is improving.
