    Pros

Most of the jobs at UDA work compressed work weeks which means more time off. On average you will work about 15 days per month. They offer great benefits, including an onsite clinic that is free, an onsite gym with free personal trainer, tuition reimbursement and a pretty sweet retirement plan/401(k). Pay for even the entry level positions is great too and they always look at internal candidates first to promote from within.

    Cons

The work at UDA can be very demanding, but if you are up for a challenge, the pay and benefits make up for it.

    Advice to Management

You can never give too much positive feedback, as long as it’s sincere.

    Pros

The work is simple and the people are not bad. It can be busy which helps the time pass. Overall not bad.

    Cons

Tedious. Long hours repeating the same processes over and over. Back to back tests for twelve hours shirts. Rotating weekends.

I have been working at United Dairymen of Arizona (More than a year)

    Pros

Great company with good benefits especially the 401k.

    Cons

Way behind in technology. Very compartmentalized. Upper management with few exceptions is rather weak and short sighted.

    Pros

Easy to learn if you can multitask, although it can be pretty physical and a little stressful when it gets busy.

    Cons

Unfulfilling loading products into tankers all day or all night. Twelve hour shifts can be rough. Not much room to grow.
