I have been working at United Distributors full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Friendly environment, no micro-managing, and occasionally free tickets to sporting and music events that are company sponsored. Some positions provide company vehicle and gas.

    Cons

Company will not budge on their benefits package, salaries, vacation, etc. Positions grow stale as implementation of newer practices have removed satisfactions to stay long term.

    Advice to Management

Fight for better benefits and reward more employees based off individual performance.

I worked at United Distributors full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Learning about many beverages that come from Atlanta.

    Cons

United does not pay well enough , they expect you to stay out get the job done for a small salary sometimes 14/15 hour days. Favorites are a huge part in moving up the ladder , if your friends with the right person you'll have no problem moving up . For those that just get the job done and go home ... You will be just a peasant .
Terrible PTO , 15 years you will be able to have 3 years off. Definitely needs to be some big changes to that place . For a place I heard so highly of before I started I was nothing but disappointed

    Advice to Management

Stop playing favorites , friends out side of work shouldn't get treated better then other employees just saying ....
