witnessed many liabilities but most from the people being hired and not much the company one thing that really grind my gears was an unstable work schedule, locations, no guarantees regardless of competent work ethic

I met a lot of great people that worked outside the company which saved me a lot of stress when contract ended also my Scheduler Karla was one of the most Professional, Beautiful, and Kindest Bosses i ever had

most security companies that are not inhouse are always ending their contracts and laying people off even if they work their way up there is not guarantees anymore and employees usually jump ship to the next company or get replaced without proper compensation it is profit over people always

Probably the money but that's it.

Everything. The point of contact never answers her phone, dispatch never answers their phone, you get hired on with only a shirt. You have to send your personal credentials over email without a confirmation, I can go on

Variety of different posts to work at. Management was okay. Not terrible.

High turn over rate so you will be asked to pick up the shifts.

You will start work immediately because of the high turnover rate

Everything imaginable. Management has ZERO knowledge or interest in security nor how to manage a company properly.
