I have been working at United Independent School District full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

As an athletic trainer, there are many pros. Unlike other districts, we are not required to teach on top of our many other responsibilities and the athletics department appreciates our work. They know we have a lot on our plates and are actually currently in the works of hiring a third athletic trainer for each of our high schools in the district.

    Cons

I really have had no negative experiences with this district so far.

    Advice to Management

    More opportunities for continuing education
