RecommendsNeutral OutlookI have been working at United Overseas Bank Malaysia full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Benefits are not bad, to be honest. Nothing wrong with the Bank. HR are generous. Staff welfare taken care of.
Cons
Appointment of new Head of Division, they will employ their own people. If you are existing staff, you can kiss goodbye to promotion, because they would rather take in new staff rather than promote you. The new people do not understand the current culture.
