I worked at United Regional Health Care System part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Best career experience you’ll get in a hospital setting in WF, Texas. The management is accessible if you reach out and the amenities and benefits available to employee are vast in number.

    Cons

Understaffing of clinical support (licensed nurses, CNA’s, patient techs) happens quite often throughout the hospital. Leads to work burnout and high employee turnover.

    Advice to Management

Thanks for making yourself available and easily accessible.
