I worked at United Rehabilitation Services of Greater Dayton full-time

    Pros

Loved what the company stood for and most of my coworkers

    Cons

Dennis is all about the money and not about the client. Always worried about how to save money while over working your employees. They also want them to be the only thing in your life.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees. Stop pushing them so hard and you may have less turn over in employees.
