    Pros

    Management is very good, leaders are open, and part of a great team atmosphere.

    If you want to work hard, and learn the business, leadership will invest in you and will support you.

    Great company to work for business wise, and have a very good work life balance.

    Cons

    None as of right now.

    Advice to Management

    Keep investing in your staff, and promote positive energy. Doing a good job now, and outlook for the future is very bright.

    This company allows me to do everything I can and need to control the success of my branch and business.

    Nothing that isn't easily dealt with communication and training, which is the best I have ever recieved.

    Cons

    Poor local management support. "Good Old Boy" network at play often. It's who you know that will get you points.

    Great company to work for and they have great benefits

    I had a hard time getting through the chevron clearance gate and I had to wait in parking lot for staff to pick me up every day.

    More training classes for this position. More hands on.

    Corporate pressure, plus micro management. Focus way too much on activities that distract from sales time. Long hours expected.

    The leadership is great, very approachable from senior leadership to branch management. In a competitive environment, United Rentals stands above the rest with our people, training, and fleet / specialty options.

    Cons

    Being that we are in a very competitive market, the job can be stressful at times.

    Advice to Management

    Keep being supportive and offering interactive training as much as possible.
