    I have been working at United Site Services full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Doesnt micro-manage and trust employees to make decisions.

    Cons

    Too many hours, does not give yearly raises, havent had a raise in years but I'm told I am an excellent employee. Company does not provide the tools needed to do the job, equipment is old always breaking down. Manager misses alot of work himself then is stern when others just want one day off.

    Advice to Management

    If you want to keep good employees take care of them. Do not use and abuse them. Pay them what they are worth and at least keep the pay within the market. This should be a "career" not a "job".

    Stressful, lack of communication, underpaid, favoritism

    Please pay more attention to your employees. Remember they make this business going.

    Good pay
    Free pizza every other friday
    Great benefits and time off

    Cons

    Micro managing
    Drives us like slaves
    Little care for customers
    ZERO follow up
    1 call in queue? expect 10 emails asking you to jump in
    WAY to uptight lower management
    Busy working on something important? Not as important as something they want you to do
    No care for you taking responsibilty
    The only thing cared about is the phone being answered, not you calling someone back with an answer
    The belief that if you can remember to ask every question on the phone that you are now qualified for management, not true.

    Advice to Management

    Chill the hell out

    Pros

    As of starting this year the company has really changed its approach to employees,yes all those reviews below are true but I believe from here and on the company is getting better and in the near future it's Gona be a company that people are Gona wana work for,so if I was you apply now!! Company is heading in the right direction and fast.

    All other reviews of the company are true,long hours not a lot of pay,company is changing for the better

    Advice to Management

    Your going in the right direction.service techs are the bread and butter so treat them good and service will be outstanding

    Pros

    Free pizza on friday...bonus available if you can stand the stress

    Cons

    No teamwork and no comradeship from piers. Supervisors grown upon you if you come in at 8 am and leave at 6 pm..No assistance offered to help you with your work

    Train and work with your employees as a team

    I worked at United Site Services full-time

    Pros

    Office activities such as casual dress up day, celebrating monthly birthdays, fun team competitions, breakfast Fridays and occasional theme parties help to keep employees motivated.

    Cons

    A lot of gossip, drama, and favoritism between co-workers and upper management makes the energy of the workplace heavy and keeps the environment unprofessional.

    Overworked! Underpaid.
    Supervisor not interested in employees.
    Only invested in himself.

    Advice to Management

    You're off site. Complexities of job not understood. Listen to drivers more not supervisor. Extreme/major traffic in areas to be serviced!!!
