I have been working at United Staffing Solutions part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

They will pay you an excellent rate for your work.

    Cons

The pay doesn't always add up to the hours worked

I worked at United Staffing Solutions full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Best reason is that you get to move around New York. It allows you to always have a job when you need one.

    Cons

The pay isn't that great, no health benefits, and it's not a career job. You'll probably struggle if you try to stay at this temp agency.

    Advice to Management

I have been working at United Staffing Solutions part-time

    Pros

They work with you depending on the job.

    Cons

They take to long to call you for work. An you really have to keep on them about jobs.

    Advice to Management

Keep up on the workers. They have temps that love to work. Let the temps know about all the jobs they can do. or what jobs they have. An give the temps more hours that want to work.

I have been working at United Staffing Solutions full-time

    It's a paying job,that's it. Nothing more

    Cons

    Terrible management
    Low salary
    Lack of career advancement
    Lewd co-workers

    Advice to Management

Hire Managers and directors that actually contribute to the success of the company. Individuals that can actually perform what the position entails.

I have been working at United Staffing Solutions full-time

    Pros

    You will get a job....eventually

    Cons

Nothing is for certain, and you could be out of work a long time.

  7. "Senior Recruiter"

I have been working at United Staffing Solutions full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The chance to make a life changing amount in commission. Management trusts you to do your job and do NOT micromanage you (If you screw around and dont do your job, then of course they will). Lots of resources. They are ahead of the curve when it comes to social media and its benefits. They keep everything (including pay and commission) transparent...which makes you want to work harder.

    Cons

If you cant "hit the ground running"...this probably isnt the company for you. If youre set in your ways, this probably isnt the company for you. If youre used to the "old style" of Recruiting...this probably isnt the company for you. Fresh young blood!

    Cons

•You must be a self starter. This is not a good company for people looking to be told what to do.

    Set hours Mon-Fri 9-5

    Micromanaging
You have multiple jobs for one title
Even if you are a college graduate, your pay will be rather low to start
