  1. "Senior Recruiter"

    Current Employee - Senior Recruiter

I have been working at United Staffing Solutions full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The chance to make a life changing amount in commission. Management trusts you to do your job and do NOT micromanage you (If you screw around and dont do your job, then of course they will). Lots of resources. They are ahead of the curve when it comes to social media and its benefits. They keep everything (including pay and commission) transparent...which makes you want to work harder.

    Cons

If you cant "hit the ground running"...this probably isnt the company for you. If youre set in your ways, this probably isnt the company for you. If youre used to the "old style" of Recruiting...this probably isnt the company for you. Fresh young blood!

    Beautiful office
    Set hours Mon-Fri 9-5

Good place to start in the Recruitment industry

    Micromanaging
You have multiple jobs for one title
Even if you are a college graduate, your pay will be rather low to start
    TEMP to PERM basis
    No job security, no guarantees
There is a lot of yelling in the office from management and that can make it an intimidating place.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Your coworkers are very friendly. They want to help you learning about how a staffing agency works.

    Advice to Management

They need to have a better idea of the role of an intern. At the time I had to report to three different supervisors with different goals
