    Pros

If they like you, they take care of you. Easy work for anyone with a college level education. Its cool to see celebrities. Free food occasionally

    Cons

High stress factor, very low pay, and some agents really grill you hard. The path to promotion is difficult. Late hours and traffic around sucks

    Advice to Management

Manage the trainees better with more effective ways to connect them to the department they actually want. Give better training to those who really want to make something of themselves.
