I worked at United Technologies full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The benefits are very good. Free education. You will be expected to work hard. There are opportunities for growth if you work for them. One must educate yourself and ask for assignments.

    Cons

Like many positions, your satisfaction is closely related to your manager. Some managers are good and others have no clue. They over do it with ACE (Six Sigma).

    Advice to Management

Make ACE more efficient and not a bottle neck to getting work done.
