    Pros

Great PTO accumulation, flexible work time and the ability to telecommute. The team members are supportive and very helpful, the management is ok. There is reimbursement for milage during commute to various practices.

    Cons

Benefits are horrible, job description not as stated, PBS program is not coordinated, too many people involved in chain of command and it is hard to advance. Job is not very structured and is constantly changing on a daily basis. There is travel involved to many physician practices and if you can't commute to the practices then you will be terminated.

    Advice to Management

    More structure is needed

I worked at UnitedHealth Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Work from home. Salary is ok

    Cons

The director does not listen to employees concerns. No work life balance. They will change your position from what you were hired to do, without your input, The managers don't seem to know what they are doing. The bonus and raise are jokes.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees, the mentality of United healthcare has become, " do and don't ask why?"
Reach out to your employees and talk to them, don't assume, communication is essential! don't get angry with your employees when they are feeling stressed and overwhelmed. Training for MLTSS was useless!
