    Pros

Management & Supervisors are all on the same page together. Safe working environment that knows and appreciates each employee. Proper training is important to them as is hard work that results in professional recognition. Your attitude and hard work makes your career opportunity. Benefits are also on point.

    Cons

Daily work schedule can sometimes be extended short notice as it's production and the customers are the best so it's important to complete and ship on-time which sometimes can run your shift long. Management and Supervisors are constantly working to improve and past results have proven to be positive.
